MCM Property Management Ltd. has been operating in Calgary, Alberta since 1986. We manage approximately 800 units including houses, apartments, individual condominium units and condominium complexes.
The condominiums that we manage range from 5 units up to 56 units. We take a personal approach to ensure that the properties are the pride of ownership for our clients.

MCM Services
Ming Chow, the president of MCM, is licensed with the Alberta Real Estate Association and we are members of the Canadian Condominium Institute (which provides regular seminars on condominiums) and the Calgary Apartment Association .
MCM currently has two property managers, an assistant property manager and two accounting personnel. Who are supported by our receptionist, and two full-time handymen.
An array of qualified service trades companies round out our team. These select trades companies are long-term associates of MCM and have worked with us over the past years. Our stable relationship ensures a fast response and quality service at very reasonable rates.
