Our company has been operating since 1986 managing approximately 800 units including houses, apartments, individual condominium units and condominium complexes. Condominiums we manage range from 5 units to 56 units. We take a personal approach to ensure that the properties are the pride of ownership of owners.

Ming Chow, the president, is licensed with the Alberta Real Estate Association and we are members of the Canadian Condominium Institute (which provides regular seminars on condominiums) and the Calgary Apartment Association . We currently have two (2) property managers, a property manager assistant, two (2) accounting personnel, a receptionist, two (2) handymen and long-term trades who have worked with us over the past few years at very reasonable rates.
